Lia  /  Platform  /  Ecosystem

Your stack.
One workspace.

Lia layers on top of the systems your lender already runs, reads what it needs over a scoped read-only link, and hands the finished work back to your people where they already are.

See the Connections
No rip and replace. No migration project.
The Connections

Built for the systems mortgage teams actually run.

Every lender's stack is a little different. Lia is deliberately agnostic, so the question at onboarding is which systems you have, not which ones you are willing to leave.

Loan Origination
Your LOS
Lia reads your loan data so it knows where every file actually stands. Your LOS remains the system of record for all of it.
Customer Relationships
Your CRM
Contacts, leads, and the full message history, read in context. Lia never creates a contact and never writes a status back.
Inbox
Email
Borrower and agent threads read in context, so a draft knows what was already promised. Drafts land back in the loan officer's own mailbox for review. Lia never sends on its own.
Conversations
Calls and texts
Lia reads SMS and call history to understand intent and timing. Sending stays on your existing number and your existing carrier account, triggered by your loan officer.
Verification and Documents
Vendors and data
The services a file has to touch on its way to the underwriting handoff, plus the market data that makes a refinance conversation worth having.
Where Lia Shows Up

The work comes to your team.

Reading your stack is only half of it. The finished work has to arrive somewhere a loan officer already looks, or it does not get used.

Web app
The full platform, from the morning read of the floor through the underwriting handoff.
Chrome extension
Lia alongside the CRM tab your team already has open, with the draft in reach.
Mobile
The day's work and the prepared outreach on a phone, with the send handed to your own messaging app.
Briefing email
Everything that changed overnight, delivered before the floor opens.
Anything Else

If it has an API, it can be connected.

Most of the systems above were connected the same way, and the pattern is short because Lia only ever needs to read.

01
Scope the read
We agree exactly which objects and fields Lia needs, and nothing beyond them. Credentials are issued read-only by your admin.
02
Map to the model
Your fields map onto Lia's data model, with loan identity preserved exactly as your systems record it.
03
Verify before scoring
We reconcile a sample against your own reporting before Lia goes to work, so nobody is trusting a number they have not checked.

In-house and less common systems are normal here, not an exception. If your team can give us read access, we can connect it.

The Guardrail
Lia reads. Lia does not write back.

Every connection on this page is scoped read-only. Lia does not create contacts, change loan stages, update statuses, or send messages in your systems. Your CRM and your LOS stay the source of truth, and every outbound message is reviewed and sent by a licensed human from their own number and inbox.
