Lia Academy opens its founding cohort in Fall 2026 with three free tracks: AI Foundations for Mortgage, AI for Loan Officers, and AI for Processing Teams. Each track ends in a certificate and LinkedIn badge, and the curriculum is built entirely around human-reviewed AI work.
Lia Ops extends the platform to the processing desk: every condition and expiration tracked around the clock, every borrower and third-party status message drafted for a processor to approve and send. The same rule applies on both sides of the platform: nothing sends without a human.
After taking shape alongside origination and processing teams at dozens of leading mortgage banks, Lia is now live in production at multiple lenders, reading pipelines nightly and drafting the next day's work with every send reviewed by a licensed human.
